Basically, there is nothing to stop you taking your supplements, superfoods or natural cosmetics with you, even in your hand luggage. To avoid lengthy baggage checks, it is advisable to transport them in their original packaging. However, if you are carrying liquid supplements (e.g. D3/ K2/ B12) or liquid cosmetics, these must comply with the legal requirements for carrying liquids in hand luggage when traveling by air.
