How and when is the best time to take the supplements?

We have created a clear consumption guide for you. Most of our products can be consumed quite individually throughout the day - in the way that best suits your routine. You will also find tips on how to improve your intake if necessary.

Some products such as Anti Stress, Wake Up Shake, Matcha Vanilla Latte and Metabolism Plus can have a stimulating effect, which is why we recommend consuming them during the first half of the day.

Fat-soluble substances such as omega 3, vitamin K2, vitamin D3, astaxanthin, coenzyme Q10 and curcuma are better absorbed in conjunction with a meal.

Water-soluble drops such as chlorophyll, monk's pepper, maca, yam, vitamin B12 and deep can be consumed dissolved in the liquid or meal of your choice.

Drops that are soluble in oil, such as vitamin K2 and vitamin D3, can sometimes float like the fat on the soup and get stuck in the glass. Alternatively, you can drizzle it over a meal or pour it directly onto a spoon.

All capsules except microbiome and bromelain can be opened and incorporated into a meal and are therefore also suitable for people with swallowing difficulties.

Bear in mind that some substances can react sensitively to heat, light and oxygen. We therefore recommend that you open the capsule immediately before consumption and stir it into your meal.

In general, it can be said that iron interacts very quickly with many substances and can therefore no longer be absorbed by the body. For this reason, you should ideally consume our iron products on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before a meal. Ordinary tap water is best for this, as coffee or tea, for example, contain substances that can hinder the absorption of iron.
