As we want your ordered products to reach our customers as quickly as possible, our warehouse staff work particularly quickly. It may therefore no longer be possible to cancel an order.
However, you are welcome to contact us directly via the contact form so that we can check whether your order can still be canceled.
If you would like to return your order after receiving it (within 100 days!), please simply fill out our returns form. However, you would have to stamp the return yourself, as we do not issue a returns label.
Alternatively, you can also refuse to accept the parcel, in which case it will be sent directly back to us. To ensure that it is not unintentionally accepted by a neighbor, you can also refuse to accept it digitally - you can select this via “Set receipt options” - for example via the DHL parcel notification email, via the Post & DHL app or in the login area of the DHL online portal.
