Please contact us directly via the contact form. As we want the ordered products to reach our customers as quickly as possible, our helpers in the warehouse work particularly quickly - therefore we cannot promise you a cancellation.
Alternatively, if you would like to return your order after receiving it, please fill out our returns form. As a further option, you can also refuse to accept the parcel, in which case it will be sent directly back to us :-)
To ensure that it is not unintentionally accepted by a neighbor, you can also book the digital refusal of acceptance.
You can select this via “Set delivery options now” - for example via shipment tracking, the DHL parcel notification email, via the Post & DHL app or in the login area of the DHL online portal.
However, digital refusal of acceptance is only possible if the shipment has not yet been loaded into the carrier's vehicle. From then on, it is no longer possible to place an order. You can find out the shipment status of your order via DHL shipment tracking.
