What is the difference between omega 3 algae oil and omega 3 softgel capsules?

The main difference between the two products is the dosage form as a liquid and as a capsule.
As there are different preferences when it comes to the consumption of food supplements and our customers have repeatedly expressed their preference for a liquid product, we are very pleased to now also have our solution in the form of our algae oil in our range.
We have also succeeded in using a unique algae oil with a particularly high EPA content. This also results in a difference in the levels of DHA and EPA in the recommended intake.
* 3 capsules contain 909 mg DHA and 6 mg EPA
* 2.5 ml algae oil contains 600 mg DHA and 300 mg EPA
