There are a large number of claims for various preservatives, some of which are highly controversial. However, it is always important to weigh up who they come from, what the (scientific) background is and, above all, exactly which preservative is involved. (Manufacturing process, country of origin, etc.)
Our premium algae oil is very unstable and therefore needs a strong, stable shell to ensure a certain capsule stability and shelf life. As our guiding principle is vegan, cruelty-free and natural, we have deliberately opted for this vegan capsule shell. Consisting of MCT oil, glycerine, carrageenan, vitamin E, corn starch, sunflower lecithin, ascorbyl palmitate and sodium carbonate. In fact, this combination is currently the only vegan variant on the softgel market for which we can guarantee production in Germany. Another option would be gelatine from factory farming, which is not an option for us.
