The microalgae Schizochytrium sp. used for omega 3 oil usually produces mostly DHA, which can then be further metabolized to EPA in fish or humans. A high EPA content is therefore desirable, but not a must and completely natural.
A different algae oil is used for our Omega 3 capsules than for our liquid product, which means that the content and ratio of DHA and EPA differ in both products.
So you can choose whether you prefer our omega 3 oil capsules or our omega 3 algae oil, depending on your focus and preference.
