The production of vegan softgel capsules is still very complex and complicated. The capsules are polished again after production to make them smooth and uniform. If too much material is polished away in this step, they can break open more easily at their most sensitive point, the seam, and leak. Despite elaborate quality controls, it can unfortunately sometimes happen that a capsule breaks open at a very late stage, e.g. in the end consumer packaging. As a result, you may sometimes find one or more empty capsules or capsules that have stuck together in your jar. We ask for your understanding in this matter, as it is sometimes impossible to detect this problem at the filling stage. As the quality of our products is particularly important to us, we are already in active contact with our partners to work on this.
The product can still be consumed, it is still safe.
