Our skin hair nails capsules contain fructose as a natural component in the rose hip extract. The rose hip extract contains approx. 8.6% natural sugar, of which approx. 43% is fructose. The capsules only contain a few milligrams of fructose. For people with fructose malabsorption (also known colloquially as fructose intolerance), our skin hair nails capsules are therefore not a problem. This is because the amount of fructose they contain is not capable of triggering a reaction. In the case of hereditary fructose intolerance (congenital metabolic disease in which the liver cannot metabolize fructose), we recommend consulting a doctor, as we are not allowed to give medical advice.
