In principle, our Female Balance powder and Menstru Balance capsules can be wonderfully combined and consumed at the same time.
The ADI (acceptable daily intake)* for vitamin B6 in adults, for example, is 25 mg/day. Even if several of our complexes or individual products are combined with each other, this value is still significantly undercut.
In addition, B vitamins are water-soluble and, in the event of an excess, are largely excreted by the body naturally, e.g. via the urine.
*What does ADI mean?
Describes the amount of a substance per kilogram of body weight that a person can take in with food every day for the rest of his or her life without risking damage to health. This value is determined and set on the basis of data from scientists at EFSA, BfR and FAO/WHO.
