Menstru Balance already contains sufficient monk's pepper (10 mg monk's pepper extract) for traditional use.
At first glance, this may appear to be significantly less than in our drops (100 mg monk's pepper), but the extracts have different concentrations.
We therefore recommend that you initially use only one or the other product. If you need more after 3 months, we advise you to consult a doctor about the combination.
