Our vitamin B12 from methylcobalamin is produced synthetically. It is not obtained from bacteria.
Synthetic means that it is a chemical process.
The starting materials for the production of our high-quality, vegan vitamin B12 are cyanocobalamin or trimethylsulfoxonium iodide.
The manufacturing process is divided into individual processes or steps, starting with the methylation reaction to produce the mecobalamin solution.
In the next step, the crystallization solution takes place and the raw material obtained is crystallized, filtered and washed.
In the last stage, wet crystallization and final drying take place.
Finally, the vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) obtained is combined with distilled water and alcohol to produce our high-quality InnoNature vitamin B12 drops.
