The dosage recommendations for both the drops and the capsule product are based on the respective vitamin B12 composition of the raw materials. There are no identical consumption recommendations, as the two raw materials differ fundamentally from each other, also with regard to the vitamin B12 content.
We recommend using the respective consumption recommendations of the products as a concrete guide and not exceeding them or relating them to each other. Each product undergoes a long development phase and is developed in accordance with the current legal guidelines, taking into account orientation and warning values.
The dosage of B12 preparations is based on a high daily intake across the industry, as the body can only absorb this to a limited extent and the formulation and product must therefore be adapted.
Our new B12 capsules contain a completely natural, vegan raw material. We are very pleased to have found an optimal solution for us after a very long and intensive examination of the topic of “B12 and naturalness”.
