Isn't it enough to take linseed oil too? What are the advantages of omega 3 algae oil?

As a vegetarian or vegan, it is not always easy to get enough of the important omega 3 fatty acids. The body can basically convert the metabolically active fatty acids EPA and DHA from the fatty acid ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) to a certain extent using enzymes. ALA is found in vegetable oils such as linseed oil, for example. That sounds good at first, but the conversion rate is very low. For example, only around 1 g of EPA can be synthesized from 40 g of linseed oil.

The special feature of our algae oil: It enables the direct utilization of the active omega 3 forms and is therefore very different from linseed oil. It is highly dosed, but still contains a completely natural proportion of the metabolically active omega 3 forms DHA and EPA.
