The buckwheat sprouts in our vitamin B complex capsules naturally contain 1.1 g of sugar per 100 g (this would also include fructose). The recommended consumption amount of 1 capsule weighs around 0.72 g, which means that a maximum of 0.00792 g of fructose can be absorbed. This amount of fructose is well tolerated by most people with fructose malabsorption.
In the case of hereditary fructose intolerance (congenital metabolic disease in which the liver cannot metabolize fructose), we recommend consulting a doctor, as we are not permitted to give medical advice.
