In what form is B6 present in the B complex? Is it activated?

Our B complex contains vitamin B9 (folate) in the form of folic acid. This is neither present as metafolin nor is it activated. The folic acid is naturally incorporated into the plant compound through the germination process. The activation process or the conversion to methyltetrahydrofolate (MTHF) takes place naturally in the body with the help of an enzyme.
