Are the zinc capsules low in purines?

Healthy people are not normally at risk from an excess intake of purines, as the body is able to convert excess purines into uric acid and excrete it via the kidneys. As a rule, the kidneys can eliminate uric acid efficiently and no problems arise.
Foods that contain a lot of purines are usually protein-rich and animal-based foods.
Flaxseed (selenium) and guava (zinc) are not ingredients that are known to contain high amounts of purines. In fact, they are considered low or purine-free.
However, flaxseeds are rich in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and various other nutrients. They are a good plant-based source of healthy fats and are often used to promote heart health and digestion. Since flaxseeds are not animal products, they usually do not contain significant amounts of purines.
Guavas are also a nutrient-rich fruit, rich in vitamin C, fiber and various antioxidants. They are known for their health benefits, including promoting a strong immune system and healthy digestion. Guavas do not generally contain high levels of purines.
As a matter of principle, we do not standardize our zinc and selenium calps for purine content, which means that natural occurrence or traces cannot be completely ruled out.
In the case of intolerances and pre-existing conditions such as gout, we ask you to consult your doctor.
