I have a “bloated belly” after consuming the Inno Intestinal Cure - what can I do?

The inulin contained in our intestinal cure is a “prebiotic”.
All prebiotic substances can lead to increased gas formation in the short term. Many people notice this when they eat large quantities of cabbage, chicory or black salsify. Of course, severe flatulence is unpleasant, although it is to a certain extent quite normal and even important in human digestion. It stimulates peristalsis in the intestines, in short, it prevents constipation.
Tip 1: start with just one spoonful of our intestinal cure if you are afraid of flatulence. Increase to a second spoonful after a few days. Increase to a third spoonful when you feel that your intestines and bacteria have gradually become accustomed to it. For the desired effect of our intestinal cure, we recommend consuming 3 spoonfuls per day for 14 days as a target.
Tip 2: If you have a sensitive gastrointestinal tract: At the start of the bowel cure, eat mainly easily digestible foods, e.g: Fruit, cooked/steamed vegetables, cooked carbohydrates etc.
