The main ingredient of the cure is inulin. This is a type of sugar that we cannot digest and which therefore “feeds” our intestinal flora. All types of sugar have hygroscopic, i.e. water-attracting, properties. This means that they quickly clump together - even with little moisture. As we do not use anti-caking agents in this product (which could prevent this), this can unfortunately happen. This does not make the intestinal cure unusable, you can still consume it without hesitation. And please remember that the best before date always refers to the unopened product. Once opened, you should use it up as soon as possible.
A tip for the future: many people store food supplements in the bathroom or kitchen, both places can get surprisingly damp and warm. So think carefully about where you store your products and choose a place that offers constant, cooler temperatures. This tends to be near the floor, as moisture and heat will initially rise to the top.
