Our Mikrobiom Flora capsules contain a single yeast strain (Saccharomyces boulardii). In conventional products, live bacteria are often used, which are very sensitive to temperature and are therefore mostly ineffective in the intestine. However, the active ingredient in our Microbiome Flora capsules has special characteristics, e.g. the ability to survive better at body temperature and to resist stomach acid and all common antibiotics. Our Inno Darmkur, on the other hand, consists of 7 high-quality natural plant substances and thus forms a unique, highly effective nutrient compound. Native chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 12g chicory inulin, which corresponds to our recommended intake. Both products therefore have very different properties in their own way, but the combination is particularly useful.
