Native chicory inulin comes from the chicory root and is a soluble dietary fiber. The root has been consumed in various cultures for many years - e.g. as a coffee substitute. The natural chicory inulin in our intestinal cure contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 12g chicory inulin, which corresponds to our recommended daily dosage.
