Is the Inno Intestinal Cure suitable for breastfeeding mothers?

The intestinal cure contains milk thistle seed powder and fennel seed powder. It has not yet been conclusively clarified whether, when and in what quantities these two plants are safe for breastfeeding. It is therefore recommended to avoid using them during breastfeeding to be on the safe side or to keep their use as low as possible. Perhaps your midwife or gynecologist can help you to assess this even better or give you a recommendation as to when the intestinal cure is recommended for you and your child.
A little tip: Our Mikrobiom Flora is also a wonderful support on its own and can be used during breastfeeding.
If, after consulting a specialist, you decide to use the intestinal cure during breastfeeding, the fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds it contains can have a similar positive effect to that of breastfeeding teas. The prebiotic inulin remains in the intestine, is not absorbed, does not pass into breast milk and has no effect on the baby's intestinal activity or stool. Therefore, an increase in your baby's stool frequency is not to be expected.
