If a raw material is produced in several countries, EU law stipulates that the country of origin is the country in which the last significant processing step took place. This does not necessarily mean that the acerola cherries from our vitamin C were also grown in France. However, we are only allowed to label the country of origin, as required by EU law.
The acerola fruits themselves are grown in South America and the rose hips in China.
