Are the vitamin C capsules left-turning L-ascorbic acid?

L-ascorbic acid is produced in organisms (e.g. plants, but also some animals) by biosynthesis from glucose.
As the vitamin C contained in our capsules comes from plants (rosehip and acerola),
it is also L-ascorbic acid, i.e. a left-turning ascorbic acid.
Most of the other vitamin C isomers have to be produced synthetically.
