Both our Sango Coral Capsules and the Magnesium+Calcium Capsules have a mineral ratio of 2:1 (calcium to magnesium),
which corresponds to the physiological ratio in the body. This means that the bioavailability can generally be classified as similarly high.
The two bulk elements act as counterparts to each other and should each be present in sufficient quantities
and should be supplied from the outside accordingly. To this end, it is recommended to take around 1000 mg calcium and 375 mg magnesium daily from all sources,
i.e. from food, mineral water and supplements.
