The final amount that the body can absorb from our natural magnesium capsules
is very individual and is subject to various influencing factors.
A decisive role is played by magnesium absorption in general
e.g. the individual dosage, type & solubility of the magnesium compound (in our case: natural magnesium oxide)
and the supply status as well as the body's absorption requirements.
It is generally assumed that the body absorbs (takes up) around 30-50% of the magnesium consumed.
As this rate is also dependent on interactions with other nutrients,
we recommend the simultaneous consumption of calcium and vitamin D3
and a time interval to drinks containing caffeine and tannins such as coffee & green + black tea.
