Calcium and magnesium should not be taken together, as they can prevent each other from being absorbed in the intestine. How does this work with Sango coral capsules?

That's true; for a long time it was assumed that magnesium and calcium competed in the small intestine when it came to absorption. It has now been discovered that both minerals use their own transport mechanisms and can therefore be consumed together without any problems. In some cases it is even assumed that absorption is improved when magnesium and calcium are present together or in sufficient quantities in the body. The ratio of magnesium to calcium in Sango coral seems to be particularly beneficial. Sango coral is found primarily in Okinawa (Japan), where many people enjoy an astonishingly long life with few underlying age-related diseases. The drinking water there is particularly rich in magnesium and calcium, as the soil there consists largely of the fossilized remains of the coral through which the water flows. If you are particularly concerned about bone mineralization, we recommend that you take a closer look at the partners vitamin D3 and K2 in this context. Since we do not conduct any studies ourselves, we are unfortunately not legally allowed to reference studies as a dealer. This probably bothers us even more than it bothers you. All we can do is encourage you to do your own research and search for keywords such as “absorption and transport mechanism of magnesium or calcium”. Pay attention to the date of publication and the source to see if it seems authentic to you.
