For our Sango coral capsules we only use pure coral in powdered form. This is naturally not completely water-soluble. We recommend consuming the capsules including the shell and, if you want to remove the contents, adding them to a thicker liquid - smoothies or (plant-based) yogurt would be possible here. Feel free to experiment a little and decide individually how you can best consume them for yourself.
