How does the 100-day money-back guarantee work?

We want you to be happy with your products. If you find that you are not fully satisfied, you can take advantage of our 100-day money-back guarantee. We will refund 100% of the purchase price for the returned products (excl. shipping costs) to your original payment method.

Please note: 
Products that you have already purchased in the past are excluded from the 100-day money-back guarantee. Our Skin-Hair-Nails refill pack within the subscription system is excluded from the 100-day money-back guarantee.
 

Please follow these steps to return a product:

Registration: Please first fill out our returns form. This lets our logistics team know in advance that your shipment is on its way: https://innonature.eu/pages/retouren-formular

Return shipment: Send the packaging including the remaining contents (capsules, drops, shakes or natural cosmetics) to the following address:

We ask for your understanding that we do not provide a return label. You are free to choose which shipping service you use to send the package. We recommend shipping with tracking. Please keep your proof of postage safely until the return has been completed. In case of doubt, it serves as proof of delivery.

Refund: As soon as your package arrives, we will need a few days for processing and will then refund the purchase amount for the returned products to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification when this has been done.
