Placing an order does not automatically create a customer account. Subscribing to the newsletter is also independent from a customer account.

If you already have a customer account but cannot log in, it is possible that you previously placed orders as a guest or only subscribed to the newsletter. Information on how to reset your password can be found in our separate help center article.
You can, of course, continue to place orders as a guest without creating a customer account.
