- Capsule size 0: 7.5 mm x 21 mm
- Capsule size 1: 7 mm x 18.5 mm

If you have trouble swallowing the capsules, this tip might help: Place the capsule on your tongue and take a medium-sized sip of still water into your mouth—don’t swallow yet! Then tilt your chin toward your chest. Since capsules are lighter than water, they float to the top and slide easily into the esophagus. Maybe you’d like to give it a try :)
