Our powdered products are purely natural and contain no artificial additives.
As we deliberately avoid using anti-caking agents or flow aids, lumps may naturally form in the tin. This is not a quality defect, but a normal characteristic of the raw materials used, which can absorb moisture from the environment. These lumps can easily be broken up or crushed with a spoon.
Furthermore, depending on the product, the powder may not dissolve completely in water. This is also perfectly normal and is due to the natural properties of the ingredients. The powders can be easily mixed into water, juice, smoothies or yoghurt – for example, by stirring, shaking or blending – and then consumed.
To ensure the best quality, we recommend storing the powders in a dry place, away from direct light and always tightly closed.
