Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat rate of EUR 3.90 per order. From an order value of 69.00 EUR we deliver free of charge with DHL. Only physical items are taken into account - gift cards and other digital products are not included in this threshold calculation.
Deliveries to Austria:
We charge a flat rate of 7.90 EUR per order. From an order value of 79.00 EUR we deliver free of charge with Post AT. Only physical items are taken into account - gift cards and other digital products are not included in this threshold calculation.
Deliveries to Switzerland:
We charge a flat rate of 9.90 EUR (CHF at the current exchange rate) per order. From an order value of EUR 99.00 (CHF at the current exchange rate) we deliver free of charge with Swiss Post. Only physical items are taken into account - gift cards and other digital products are not included in this threshold calculation.
We ship to Switzerland already pre-cleared with Swiss Post. This means that we pay the import sales tax and any customs duties in Switzerland.
