My order is late

First of all, we are very sorry that you are still waiting for your delivery! As soon as a parcel leaves our mail order company, DHL is responsible for its further transportation. If the shipment status has not changed for more than 7 working days, your parcel unfortunately seems to be stuck. In such a case, we would be pleased if you could contact us directly via the contact form and your #order number so that we can get in touch with DHL and have your parcel pushed.
