The shipment status has not changed for a while. What can I do?

First of all, we are very sorry that you are still waiting for your delivery! As soon as a parcel leaves our shipping company, DHL is responsible for its further transportation. If the shipment status has not changed for more than 7 working days, your parcel unfortunately appears to be stuck.
